1st Prayer: Avot (Fathers)
Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu v'Elohei avoteinu: Elohei Avraham, Elohei Yitzchak, v'Elohei Yaakov. Ha'El ha'gadol, ha'gibor, v'ha'norah, El Elyon. Gomel chasadim tovim, v'koneh ha'kol, v'zocher chasdei avot, u'mevee goel livney venehem le'ma'an shemo b'ahavah.
Melech ozer u'moshia u'magen. Baruch atah Adonai, magen Avraham.
Blessed are You, L-rd our God and God of our fathers, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, the great, mighty and awesome God, God most high, who bestows bountiful loving-kindness and creates all things, who remembers the piety of the masters, and who, in love, brings a redeemer to their children's children, for the sake of His Name.
O King, Helper, Savior and Shield. Blessed are You, L-rd, Shield of Abraham.
2nd Prayer: Gevurot (Powers)
Atah gibor le-olam Adonai, me-chayeh metim atah, rav le-hoshia.
(In Winter: Mashiv ha-ruach u-morid ha-geshem) / (In Summer: Morid ha-tal)
Me-chalkel chayim be-chesed, me-chayeh metim be-rachamim rabim.
Somech noflim, ve-rofe cholim, u-matir asurim.
U-mekayem emunato li-shenei afar.
Mi chamocha ba-al gevurot u-mi domeh lach, melech me-mit u-me-chayeh u-matz-mi-ach yeshuah.
Ve-ne-eman atah le-hachayot metim.
Baruch atah Adonai, me-chayeh ha-metim.
You are eternally mighty, Lord, You resurrect the dead, You are abundantly able to save.
(In Winter: You cause the wind to blow and the rain to fall) / (In Summer: You cause the dew to descend)
You sustain the living with lovingkindness, and revive the dead with great mercy.
You support the fallen, heal the sick, and free the captives.
You keep Your faith with those who sleep in the dust.
Who is like You, Master of mighty deeds, and who can be compared to You?
King, who puts to death, restores to life, and brings forth salvation.
And You are faithful to revive the dead.
Blessed are You, Lord, who revives the dead.
3rd Prayer: Kedushat HaShem (Holiness)
Atah kadosh v'shimcha kadosh u'kedoshim b'chol yom y'halelucha sela, baruch ata adonai ha'eil hakadosh
You are holy and Your name is holy, and holy ones praise You every day, forever, concluding with a blessing to the holy God.
4th Prayer: Chonen HaDa'at (Knowlwdge)
Atah chonein l'adam da'at u'm'lameid l'enosh bina, choneinu m'it'cha deia bina v'haskeil, baruch ata adonai chonein hada'at
You graciously endow man with knowledge and teach mortals understanding, asking that You grant us intellect, comprehension, and wisdom from You, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who graciously grants knowledge.
5th Prayer: Teshuvah (Repentance)
hashiveinu avinu l'toratecha, v'karveinu malkeinu l'avodatecha, v'hachazireinu bitshuva shleima l'fanecha, baruch ata adonai harotzeh bitshuva
Return us, our Father, to Your Torah, and draw us near, our King, to Your service, and bring us back in complete repentance before You, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who desires repentance. This section of the Hashiveinu prayer emphasizes spiritual return, divine service, and forgiveness.
6th Prayer: Selach Lanu (Forgiveness)
s'lach lanu avinu ki chatanu, m'chal lanu malkeinu ki fashanu, ki moheil v'soleiach ata, baruch ata adonai chanun hamarbeh l'slo'ach
Forgive us, our Father, for we have sinned, and pardon us, our King, for we have transgressed, for You are a good and forgiving God, concluding with a blessing to the gracious Lord who forgives abundantly. This section of the Selach Lanu prayer emphasizes divine mercy, human error, and cosmic forgiveness.
8th Prayer: Refu'ah (Healing)
Refa'enu adonai v'neirafei hoshi'einu v'nivasha'einu ki t'hilateinu ata, v'ha'aleih r'fua sh'leima l'chol macoteinu, baruch ata adonai rofei cholei amo yisrael
Heal us, Lord, and we shall be healed, save us and we shall be saved, for You are our praise, and bring a complete recovery to all our ailments, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who heals the sick of His people Israel.
9th Prayer: Birkat HaShanim (Prosperity and Sustenance)
Bareich aleinu adonai eloheinu et hashana hazot v'et kol minei t'vuata l'tova, v'tein bracha al pnei ha'adama v'sab'einu mituva, v'vareich shnatenu kashanim hatovot, baruch ata adonai m'vareich hashanim
Bless for us, Lord our God, this year and all its types of produce for good, and grant a blessing upon the face of the earth and satisfy us from its bounty, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who blesses the years
11th Blessing: Birkat HaDin (Restoration of Justice) (Noahide)
Hashiva shofteinu k'varishona v'yo'atzeinu k'vat'chila, v'haseir mimenu yagon v'anacha, v'mloch aleinu ata adonai l'vadcha b'chesed u'vrachamim v'tzadkeinu b'mishpat, baruch ata adonai melech oheiv tzdaka u'mishpat
Restore our judges as in earliest times and our counselors as at the beginning, and remove from us sorrow and sighing, and reign over us, You, Lord, alone with lovingkindness and mercy, and justify us through righteousness, concluding with a blessing to the Lord, the King who loves righteousness and justice.
12th Blessing: Birkat HaMinm (Against Wickedness and Slander)
v'lamalshinim al t'hi tikva, v'chol harshei risha k'rega yovedu, v'chol oyvei amcha m'heira yicareitu, v'hazeidim m'heira t'akeir u'tshabeir u't'mageir v'tachnia b'mheira v'yamenu, baruch ata adonai shoveir oyvim u'machnia zeidim
And for slanderers let there be no hope, and let all wickedness perish in an instant, and may all the enemies of Your people be speedily cut off, and may the arrogant swiftly be uprooted, broken, destroyed, and humbled speedily in our days, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who breaks enemies and humbles the arrogant.
13th Blessing: Al HaTzadikim (For the Righteous) (Noahide Adaptation)
al hatzadikim v'al hachasidim v'al ziknei amcha beit yisrael v'al pleitat sofreichem v'al geirei hatzedek v'al kol habotchim b'shimcha, v'tein sachar tov l'chol habotchim b'shimcha b'emet, v'sim chelkenu imahem u'l'olam lo nevosh ki v'cha batachnu, baruch ata adonai mish'an u'mivtach latzadikim
Upon the righteous, upon the pious, upon the elders of Your people the House of Israel, upon the remnant of their scholars, upon the righteous converts, and upon all who trust in Your name, may Your compassion be stirred, Lord our God, and grant a good reward to all who sincerely trust in Your name, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who is the support and stronghold for the righteous. This section of the Al HaTzadikim prayer emphasizes divine protection for spiritual leaders, sincere seekers of truth, and all who place their ultimate trust in the Divine.
14th Blessing: Binyan Yerushalayin (The Rebuilding of Jerusalem)
v'lirushalayim ircha b'rachamim tashuv, v'tishkon b'tocha ka'asher dibarta, u'vnei ota b'karov b'yamenu binyan olam, v'chisei david m'heira l'tocha tachin, baruch ata adonai boneh yerushalayim
And to Jerusalem, Your city, may You return in mercy, and may You dwell within it as You have spoken, and rebuild it soon in our days as an everlasting structure, and may You speedily establish the throne of David within it, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who rebuilds Jerusalem.
15th Blessing: Malkhut Beit David (The Messianic Salvation)
et tzemach david avdcha m'heira tatzmiach, v'karno tarum bishuatecha, ki lishuatcha kivinu kol hayom, baruch ata adonai matzmiach keren yshua
May You speedily cause the offspring of Your servant David to flourish, and let his horn be exalted through Your salvation, because we hope for Your salvation all the day, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who causes the horn of salvation to flourish.
16th Blessing: Shma Koleinu (Acceptance of Prayer)
shma koleinu adonai eloheinu chus v'racheim aleinu, v'kabeil b'rachamim u'vratzon et tfilateinu, ki eil shomei'a tfilot v'tachanunim ata, baruch ata adonai shomei'a tfila
Hear our voice, Lord our God, spare us and have mercy upon us, and accept our prayers with mercy and favor, for You are a God who hears prayers and supplications, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who hears prayer.
18th Blessing: Modim Anachnu Lach (Thanksgiving and Gratitude)
modim anachnu lach she'ata hu adonai eloheinu v'elohei avoteinu l'olam va'ed, tzur chayeinu magen yisheinu ata hu l'dor vador, nodeh l'cha u'nsapeir t'hilatecha al chayeinu hamsurim b'yadecha v'al nishmoteinu hapkudot lach, baruch ata adonai hatov shimcha u'l'cha na'eh l'hodot
We give thanks to You, for You are the Lord our God and the God of our ancestors for ever and ever, the Rock of our lives and the Shield of our salvation from generation to generation, thanking You and declaring Your praise for our lives which are placed in Your hand and for our souls which are entrusted to You, concluding with a blessing to the Lord whose name is good and to whom it is fitting to give thanks.
19th Blessing: Sim Shalom (Peace) (caution, for Yeshuah)
sim shalom tova u'vracha chein v'chesed v'rachamim aleinu v'al kol yisrael amcha, barcheinu avinu kulanu k'echad b'or panecha, baruch ata adonai hamvareich et amo yisrael bashalom
Grant peace, goodness, blessing, grace, lovingkindness, and mercy upon us and upon all Israel Your people, bless us, our Father, all of us as one with the light of Your countenance, concluding with a blessing to the Lord who blesses His people Israel with peace. This final section of the Sim Shalom prayer emphasizes the ultimate desire for harmony, divine favor, and global peace. [1, 2]

Oseh shalom bim-romav, hu ya-aseh shalom aleinu ve-al kol Yisrael, ve-imru: Amen.
My God, guard my tongue from evil and my lips from speaking falsehood.
May my soul be silent to those who insult me, and may my soul be humble before all.
Open my heart to Your Torah that my soul might follow Your commands.
As for all who plot evil against me, thwart their counsel and upset their plans.Do it for the sake of Your name,
do it for the sake of Your right hand,
do it for the sake of Your holiness,
do it for the sake of Your Torah.
That those You love may be rescued,
save with Your right hand and answer us.May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.(Take three steps backward, bow left, right, and forward)
